This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through CrownThriveU’s platform, including course enrollments and other digital products. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
1. Course Refunds:
- If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
- Refund requests made after 14 days or for courses where more than 25% of the material has been accessed will not be honored.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Subscription Refunds:
- If you have purchased a subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the subscription term, after which the service will be terminated.
3. Digital Products:
- Digital products such as eBooks, guides, and other downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- If there is an issue with a digital product, such as file corruption or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement. Refunds for digital products are granted at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact CrownThriveU customer support at contact@crownthrive.com within the eligible time frame. Include your name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Courses where more than 25% of the content has been accessed
- Subscriptions once billed for the period
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
- Services rendered in full, including consulting or coaching services, once delivered
Exceptions
In certain cases, CrownThriveU may offer refunds outside of the standard policy due to exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the platform. These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of CrownThrive, LLC.

CrownThrive, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly for any updates.
